IVR Test Engineer

Location : Pune, Hyderabad.

Experience : Overall 4-6 yr experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Past experience of IVR testing is required.
  • Cyara automation tool experience will as added advantage.
  • 4-6+ years of experience of IVR testing.
  • Must have knowledge in manual testing & Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes in writing clear, concise and precise test cases and executing them.
  • Document test cases.
  • Perform and document risk analysis.
  • Record test progress and results.
  • Create test plans.
  • Discover bugs within software.
  • Identify and track bugs throughout testing.
  • Identify any potential problems that users might encounter.
  • Research and analyse product features being tested.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Access and analyse requirements using IVR callflow diagrams.
  • Should have experience in IVR testing and banking domain knowledge.
  • Experience on HP QC test management tool.
  • End To End IVR testing experience will be beneficial from call dialing in IVR till call transfer to an agent.
  • Added advantage if candidate has worked on Cyara tool used for IVR testing.
  • Added advantage if candidate have experience in testing Voice Biometrics and Speech / Conversational IVRs.
  • Basics about Agent Toolbar Testing.
  • IVR test estimation.
  • IVR report testing.
  • High level understanding of Genesys platform.
  • Maintain an agile mind-set by adopting the practices and processes identified as being required for our domain, leveraging agile delivery methods.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 4-6 years of overall experience in software testing.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of specific experience in IVR testing.
  • Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in manual testing.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and precise test cases.
  • Prior experience working in the banking domain.
  • Experience with HP QC or a similar test management tool.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage) :

  • Hands-on experience with the Cyara automation tool for IVR testing.
  • Experience in testing Voice Biometrics and Speech / Conversational IVRs.
  • High-level understanding of the Genesys platform.
  • End-to-end IVR testing experience (from call dialing to agent transfer).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an agile environment.
