IVR Test Engineer
Location : Pune, Hyderabad.
Experience : Overall 4-6 yr experience.
Responsibilities :
- Past experience of IVR testing is required.
- Cyara automation tool experience will as added advantage.
- 4-6+ years of experience of IVR testing.
- Must have knowledge in manual testing & Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes in writing clear, concise and precise test cases and executing them.
- Document test cases.
- Perform and document risk analysis.
- Record test progress and results.
- Create test plans.
- Discover bugs within software.
- Identify and track bugs throughout testing.
- Identify any potential problems that users might encounter.
- Research and analyse product features being tested.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Access and analyse requirements using IVR callflow diagrams.
- Should have experience in IVR testing and banking domain knowledge.
- Experience on HP QC test management tool.
- End To End IVR testing experience will be beneficial from call dialing in IVR till call transfer to an agent.
- Added advantage if candidate has worked on Cyara tool used for IVR testing.
- Added advantage if candidate have experience in testing Voice Biometrics and Speech / Conversational IVRs.
- Basics about Agent Toolbar Testing.
- IVR test estimation.
- IVR report testing.
- High level understanding of Genesys platform.
- Maintain an agile mind-set by adopting the practices and processes identified as being required for our domain, leveraging agile delivery methods.
Minimum Qualifications :
4-6 years of overall experience in software testing.A minimum of 4-6 years of specific experience in IVR testing.Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in manual testing.Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience in writing clear, concise, and precise test cases.Prior experience working in the banking domain.Experience with HP QC or a similar test management tool.Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage) :
Hands-on experience with the Cyara automation tool for IVR testing.Experience in testing Voice Biometrics and Speech / Conversational IVRs.High-level understanding of the Genesys platform.End-to-end IVR testing experience (from call dialing to agent transfer).Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an agile environment.(ref : hirist.tech)
