Location : Hyderabad (Remote / WFH)
Experience : 10–12 years in B2B / B2G industrial equipment sales
Industry Focus : Power, Steel, Mining, Mineral Processing
About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales of high-value industrial pumps across the region. The ideal candidate should have experience selling technical solutions to large industrial and government clients, strong industry relationships, and a deep understanding of pumping systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute regional sales plans; achieve targets and market growth
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers (Engineering, Procurement, Operations)
- Manage complex sales cycles, tenders, and contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams for tailored solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
