Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Executive with strong financial acumen and proven expertise in managing end-to-end finance operations within the food service industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, compliance, and reporting, while ensuring effective cost management and supporting business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the overall finance and accounts function including AP / AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable laws.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities for audits, financial reporting, and statutory filings.
• Monitor and control cost structures and inventory management to maximize profitability.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial dashboards for management review.
• Support business expansion initiatives, feasibility studies, and investment analysis.
• Implement strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Guide and mentor junior finance team members.
