Strategic Program Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Program Manager to join our team.
This role is crucial in overseeing the success of regional teams across multiple geographies.
The Program Manager will work closely with leadership to ensure strategic alignment and report directly to a Director.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with global and regional leaders to drive strategy and culture.
- Define and refine the global strategy with leadership.
- Translate global goals into regionally relevant policies and practices.
- Stay informed on international best practices, laws, and cultural norms for compliance and relevance.
