Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls, video calls, and webinars to engage prospects and clients.Daily outreach : follow up with fresh leads and nurture existing leads to move them through the funnel.Provide clear, step-by-step digital support and guidance to customers across platforms.Meet daily call targets and complete assigned tasks within set deadlines.Log and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.Build and strengthen client relationships through consistent, proactive communication.Take initiative to identify opportunities, suggest improvements, and contribute to team goals.Requirements
Must have :Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable interacting with clients via calls, video meetings, and digital platforms.Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Open to freshers with good communication skills.Nice to have :Prior experience in customer support, telesales, or digital client engagement.Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.What You'll Gain
