Team Leader Real Estate Sales

What You’ll Do :

Lead, train & energize a team of dynamic sales executives

Set and achieve monthly sales targets with smart planning

Act as the bridge between management and the on-ground sales team

What We’re Looking For :

Strong leadership & communication skills

Minimum 2–3 years of sales / team-handling experience (real estate preferred)
