Key Responsibilities for an SAP Joule Role :

• Contextual Understanding : Combining user intent with rich context from their business role and SAP applications to provide tailored responses and actions.
• Workflow Automation : Designing and automating complex, non-deterministic workflows to speed up and streamline business processes.
• Integration and Collaboration : Ensuring seamless integration of Joule within SAP and third-party systems, and collaborating with teams like release management and solution management.
• Data Grounding : Developing capabilities for Joule to draw information from business documents, such as HR policies, to provide grounded and reliable answers.
