Job descriptionSAP PM experience should be more than 3 years. Should have two E2E SAP PM implementation. Strong knowledge of SAP EAM modules, particularly Plant Maintenance (PM). Experience in business process mapping and re-engineering. Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization. Analyze existing asset management processes and identify areas for improvement Customize the system to meet specific business requirements and industry standards Monitor and maintain data integrity within the EAM system. Implement and configure the SAP Intelligent Asset Manager solution for clients Monitor and analyze asset performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into asset utilization and maintenance needs. Assist in the development of asset management strategies and best practices. Work on integrating IoT devices with the SAP Intelligent Asset Manager to enable real-time data collection. Ensure data accuracy and reliability from connected devices. Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. Utilize machine learning algorithms to analyze asset data and predict maintenance needs. Develop predictive maintenance models to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders for decision-making. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users of the SAP Intelligent Asset Manager. Maintain system documentation and user manuals. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
