Sales and Marketing Manager

Sales & Marketing :

• Identifying and qualifying new leads / potential customers (via market research, cold calls, sales visits
• Developing and implementing sales strategies / plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
• Meetings, presentations, product / service demonstrations, negotiations and deal closure with clients / customers
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business, upsells and customer retention
• Using sales tools / CRM systems to maintain leads, track sales pipeline, forecast performance and prepare sales reports
• Monitoring competitor activities, market conditions and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics accordingly
• Conducting market research : studying customer behaviour, market trends, competition, and identifying new segments / opportunities
• Assisting or creating marketing plans, campaigns (online / offline) to raise brand awareness, generate leads and support sales
• Executing marketing activities : content creation (blogs, social media, email), events, advertising, promotions, sponsorships
• Coordinating with creative / design / agency teams and other departments (sales, product, operations) to ensure aligned messaging and campaign rollout
• Monitoring and analysing marketing campaign performance (KPIs, returns on investment) and recommending improvements

Combined / Strategic Responsibilities

Continuous improvement : staying updated with new tools, digital marketing trends, CRM / automation tools, process improvements
