Job Description :

• We are seeking a highly accomplished and Self Motivated individual to serve as the Policy Manager - Priority Sector Lending (PSL) Compliance and Strategy.
• This Senior Leadership role is critically important for the bank, carrying the ultimate responsibility for ensuring the institution's ongoing compliance with the Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) mandatory Priority Sector Lending (PSL) targets.
• The Manager will be central to regulatory compliance, strategic target achievement, policy governance, and managing external audits.
• This role requires exceptional analytical rigor and a focus on Delivering Results through cross-functional collaboration and robust financial oversight.
