Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor landowner accounts.
• Administer payables, receivables, bank portfolio, and maintain reserves for debt and third-party collections.
• Review billing and reconciliations ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Prepare weekly payment lists and coordinate with VPAccounts for necessary approvals.
• Coordinate with GST department for analysis and drafting replies to notices.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
• Handle MIS, Treasury Management, preparation of Financial Statements, and Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
• Minimum 2-7 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounts, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale corporate setups.
• Strong knowledge of GST, statutory compliances, and audit processes.
• Hands-on experience in MIS reporting, treasury management, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in financial planning, debt management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
