Banking Specialist Risk Management

Support and Coordinate the Incident Management Process within Banking Operations Division including :

• Collect incidents from internal stakeholders
• Lead the analysis and the definition of preventive measures
• Analyze investigate root cause and identify remedial actions
• Manage communication with internal stakeholders
• Manage the communication with client
• Supervise the implementation of the identified remediation actions

Manage the internal and client reporting including :

Support the Banking Operations Risk Management Team in all its activities BAUs including ad-hoc projects
