We Are Hiring : Branch Manager for a Reputed NBFC Location : Kadri (Mangalore), Kalidsa Road (Mysore), Koramangala (Bangalore) About the Role : Join a reputed NBFC as a Branch Manager and lead branch operations to achieve business growth and operational excellence. You will manage daily branch functions, develop and motivate your team, ensure compliance with regulations, and build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily branch operations ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company and regulatory policies Lead and motivate branch staff to meet sales, revenue, and service targets Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch goals Manage branch finances, including budgeting and financial reporting Build lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive business growth Resolve customer complaints and staff issues promptly Monitor market trends and competitor activities to seek new business opportunities Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years experience in branch management or financial services, preferably NBFC or banking Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills Deep understanding of NBFC operations and regulatory requirements
