Purpose / Objective

To ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, and operations at the precast manufacturing facility. The role is ideal for ex-Army professionals with a disciplined approach to security management and operational vigilance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures tailored to precast manufacturing operations.
• Lead and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring proper training and discipline.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and access control mechanisms to safeguard premises.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and conduct thorough investigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security concerns and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of security incidents, reports, and actions taken.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company-specific safety standards.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate them into existing protocols
