Compensation : ₹13-18 LPA (negotiable based on experience)

‍ Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

️ Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other technologies.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and integrations.

Implement and support Salesforce integrations with third-party applications via APIs, middleware, and web services.

Perform code reviews, write unit tests, and follow best practices in software development.

Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when necessary.

✅ Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.

Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and REST / SOAP APIs.

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform customization.

Familiarity with CI / CD tools and version control systems like Git.

Knowledge of data modeling, security, and performance tuning within Salesforce.

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus).

Preferred Skills

Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or other industry-specific clouds.

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
