Job Description :

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, Consumer Goods Cloud-Retail Execution
• Strong understanding of Consumer goods cloud web & Offline mobile app configuration / customization
• Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including FLOW, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Triggers.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data management tools like Data Loader.
• Experience with Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• SDLC Knowledge : Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, such as Agile.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication : Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Industry Knowledge : Understanding of the consumer goods industry and its specific business processes
