Role Overview

As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for shaping the brand’s positioning and driving its growth in the Indian market. You will own end-to-end marketing across brand, digital, content, and retail channels—building awareness, driving demand, and enabling strong consumer conversions. This is a leadership role where you’ll balance creative storytelling with data-backed performance, while building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team.

Job Description

• Define and execute the brand strategy and visual identity tailored for Indian consumers.
• Lead integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, social, PR, and experiential touchpoints.
• Own the full-funnel digital strategy (SEO / SEM, paid media, social, CRM, website).
• Track and optimize performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention).
• Drive content strategy – social storytelling, video, influencer partnerships, editorial.
• Lead PR, events, and trade / community partnerships.
• Create omnichannel retail marketing strategies to drive studio / experience center conversions.
• Manage marketing budgets with sharp focus on ROI.
• Build, coach, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
