What You’ll Do
- Own and scale Emergent’s affiliate marketing program end-to-end.
- Identify, onboard, and manage affiliates, publishers, and strategic partner networks.
- Negotiate partnerships, commission structures, and promotional opportunities to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and optimize affiliate campaign performance across clicks, conversions, and payouts.
- Analyze performance data to recommend growth strategies and improve CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Prepare weekly / monthly dashboards for leadership with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align affiliate activities with overall growth goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative tactics to drive word-of-mouth and revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnerships.Proven track record of managing affiliate networks and delivering measurable revenue outcomes.Strong knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms, campaign dashboards, UTM tracking, and attribution models.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or high-growth startup environments is a plus.Why Join us?
