• Support the development and implementation of HSE management system (including objectives, processes, and assurance) to meet requirements International Standards (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001)
• Ensuring employees are familiar with HSE Policy and the requirements of the Company's HSE Management Systems
• Conduct audits / inspections and monitors follow-through corrective actions
• Promoting a systematic approach to management of HSE activities to ensure compliance with applicable legal and other requirements.
• Ensure Risk Assessment and RA register is updated and reviewed annually.
• Conduct incident investigations, including Root Cause analysis.
• Support tender process with reference to supplier / sub-contractor HSE qualification, selection, and assessment.
• Familiarity with local legislative framework
• Maintain Environmental impact / aspect register
• Identify HSE training needs and conduct training programs.
• Coordinate with internal focus groups on Sustainability initiatives
• Lead crisis management exercises for office / sites in accordance with emergency response plan.
• Manages security protocols for office and travellers
• Flexibility to travel for site visits / inspections
