Your Tasks
- Support in standardization & harmonization of HSE framework globally
- Analyse the HSE metrics / HSE KPI monitoring and provide statistics to management for taking right measures.
- Manage and update trainings key performance indicator dashboards.
- Discuss and propose risk assessment by collecting, analysing similar trends of incidents and work towards ONE template standardization
- Share best practices and learnings across every service points.
- Manage & maintain records of all the necessary safety related trainings for site technicians and subcontractors.
- Monitor HSE trainings compliance certifications and keep the system updated.
- Quality analysis within the maintenance plans and reports
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management or related field
Minimum 2-4 Yrs Experience ( Wind Industry Good-to-have)
HSE training certification viz NEBOSHProven experience in project coordination or similar roleStrong analytical and data manipulation skills in ExcelStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong multitasking skillsGood stakeholder management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersNordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
