Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming leads through various channels (website, chat, email, social media, phone, etc.).
- Respond promptly to inquiries and conduct initial qualification of prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant IT services (web / app development, Ecommerce Developement & IT Staff Augumentation).
- Schedule discovery calls or demos for the Business Development or Technical team.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and improve conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed monthly lead qualification and conversion targets.
- Follow up with potential clients and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.atleast 2 years of experience in inbound sales roles, preferably in the IT services industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.A proactive attitude and a passion for customer engagement.Skills Required
