About the Role
We at workindia are looking for a Director of Inside Sales. The person will monitor sales metrics and manage the sales process. They will collaborate with various professionals, so it's essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. They should also be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals.
Ultimately, the Inside Sales Director should be able to build a high-performance sales team to deliver sales targets. Your primary responsibilities will include :
What you will be doing
- Manage the inside sales agents team and deliver targets
- Set and track sales targets for your team
- Deep understanding of Data metrics (funnels) & deriving key insights to progress on Revenue
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales process process working with cross functional teams
- Prepare monthly, quarterly sales forecasts - track progress
- Ability to deep dive and identify lowest actionable , come up with meaningful RCAs & action plan around the same
- Work closely with business finance / support & verification to ensure smooth operations
- Responsible for hiring, training and building a talent pool
What you will need
Should have a minimum of 12+ year or more experience in Inside SalesShould have hands on experience managing a team of 250+ team members and able scale this to 500Someone who has seen a scale of at least 100 crore net revenue per annumSomeone who is analytically strong and has a good grip on numbersSkills Required
