About the Role

Our client, a leading global risk intelligence and advisory firm, is seeking to hire a Payroll & Compliance Executive with at least 2 years of experience in labour compliances, payroll processing, and data management. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and documentation skills, with a preference for candidates familiar with HRMS packages and compliance reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely adherence to statutory and labour compliances (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, etc.) for all employees
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary computation, deductions, and statutory filings
• Maintain up-to-date compliance registers and documentation as per legal and organizational requirements
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual compliance reports to internal stakeholders and authorities
• Support audits and coordinate with consultants or regulatory bodies for labour-related inspections
• Manage employee data processing, maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure synchronization between payroll, compliance, and HRMS systems
• Stay updated on labour laws and compliance amendments to ensure proactive implementation
