Role Overview

The Associate Director for Digital Methods and Data is responsible for managing the day to day work priorities for the local Hyderabad DMMD Quality labs team and supporting the systems and lab transformation activities as defined by the team goals and objectives and project priorities. This role is responsible teammates and contract resources are configuring a set of products enabling method execution that meet the specified business' requirements, drive efficiency and digitize ways of working. They will also have responsibility for defining and prioritizing requests from the business, and managing effort, deliverables and potentially workstreams associated with team projects.

The Digital Lab Systems Support Associate Director is responsible for ensuring alignment with business priorities, aligning the team to those priorities, staff development, and work prioritization. The team is responsible for coordinating the requirements, configuration, validation and publishing of digital quality control test methods across the global instance of LabWare. They are responsible for the global configuration of the methods, and the data analysis post method execution. They are responsible for building trust and develop new relationships with internal and external clients to effectively collaborate and achieve successful outcomes.
