Operations Lead

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager located in Pune. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and leading the team, setting goals and objectives, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the department. The Manager is expected to develop and implement strategies, monitor performance, and provide necessary support and training to team members. Additionally, the role involves handling client relations, resolving any issues or conflicts, and ensuring high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
