Job Description

In the Role you get :

• 15+ years of overall experience in Project & Delivery Management, Stakeholder Management, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe Leadership, Risk & Issue Management, Team Leadership & Mentoring.
• Role will cut across multiple independent scrum teams working on the application build
• Ensure Jira entries, ask what help is required by these teams,
• Find the impediments to progress
• Report out the progress
• This role will have to interact with many 20+ years experience team members of client
• Should be able to stand ground and be assertive and call out problems openly
• Healthcare product engineering background is a must
• Define Sutherland's reputation : Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction; provide coaching and feedback. Work towards common goal of 'One Sutherland Team playing to win'.
