Role Summary :

The Assistant Operations Manager supports the overall operations of Dave & Buster’s India, ensuring seamless coordination between the restaurant, bar, and gaming areas. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and leading a high-energy team in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations across F&B, gaming, and guest service areas.

Ensure high standards of service, safety, and hygiene.

Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals.

Handle guest feedback and ensure positive experiences.

Support cost control, inventory management, and P&L objectives.

Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning and events.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.

4–6 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or entertainment operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
