Provide Level 2 support for Wi-Fi and LAN infrastructure across Cisco Meraki and Catalyst environments. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents escalated from L1 support, ensuring timely resolution.
Assist in configuration, deployment, and maintenance of switches, access points, and controllers. Monitor network health and performance using Zoho ManageEngine tools. Document incident resolutions, network changes, and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with L3 engineers and other IT teams for issue resolution and service improvements. Participate in scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and patching activities.
Maintain asset and configuration records in ManageEngine.
