- Develop a clear visual direction for campaigns and projects
- Create high-quality creative outputs, including key visuals, graphics, motion content, and marketing materials
- Translate ideas into strong creative concepts across digital, social, and offline platforms
- Work closely with marketing, content, and business teams to deliver impactful campaigns
- Evaluate quality and consistency in all deliverables, ensuring they meet brand guidelines
Key Responsibilities :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields is required.A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in creative roles, preferably within e-commerce, advertising, or digital-first companies.A strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AfterEffects, and familiarity with AI design tools is essential.We're looking for doers—creative problem solvers who are both imaginative and analytical. You should be resourceful, comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, and eager to deliver high-quality results in a short time frame.
