About the Job :

Tonik is looking for a vibrant, and ambitious Full Stack Developer to join our growing tech team. As a Technical Trainee, you will work on highly scalable digital banking solutions, contribute to building new features, improve existing systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier digital products.

This opportunity is ideal for MTech / MS graduates a top universities graduating in 2025 or 2026 , who are eager to launch their career in the fast-evolving world of digital banking.

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop high-quality software design and scalable architecture
• Design, code, and test new features and enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve platform issues and software defects
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and innovation initiatives

Preferred Experience and Qualifications :

Academic projects involving banking, credit risk, analytics, or fintech
