    About the role

    The Business Support Specialist position exists to provide high level administration support to members of the Investment team, this covers supporting the Front Office leadership team including providing support to their respective teams. Due to continued growth we are adding an extra position.

    Core duties include; high-level administrative support, diary management. meeting scheduling, agendas and minutes, document management, presentations preparation, travel management, expense management, visitor registration, assist with new starter set up.

    To be successful your background would include;

    • Previous experience in a similar varied support role, ideally in a services environment with exposure to investments / financial services an advantage.
    • Proven flexibility in approach and attitude, willing to assist wherever needed to achieve the goals of the team, office and Cbus.  You have the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under pressure with high attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work in the strictest of confidence and ability to handle confidential information.
    • A strong understanding of administrative functions and office practices including diary, travel and cost centre management; and the ability to make well considered administration decisions. Experience in processing of accounts payable, journal preparation and general ledger
    • Ability to liaise at all levels with Directors, executive management, employees and externally with other organisations.
