Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and manage customer implementation, ensuring successful CCaaS deployment.
• Perform end-to-end Network and IP Telephony assessments , identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Analyze Signaling andMedia streams,executeNetwork diagnostics to troubleshoot Voice quality issues.
• Work closely with CPaaS vendors and Carrier partners to optimize voice connectivity.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers during UAT and post-Go-Live .
• Develop best practice guidelines for customers on network configurations and VoIP optimizations.
• Assist with customer training on voice quality monitoring tools and configurations.
