Sr. Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist with 3-6 years of experience in domestic and international hiring . The role involves managing the full recruitment life cycle, and ensuring timely delivery of top-quality talent across multiple functions and regions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international positions — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
• Partner with business and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and social networks.
• Conduct detailed candidate evaluations to ensure cultural and technical fit .
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports to ensure visibility and accountability.
• Manage offer negotiations and ensure a seamless candidate experience from interview to onboarding.
• Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices in both domestic and global markets.
