Role Description

This is a full-time Remote role for a Recruitment Specialist role

Key responsibilities

🔹 Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, , referrals, and networking.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and deliver quality hires within timelines.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
