We're seeking a skilled voice integration engineer to enhance our offering with cutting-edge Cisco Webex and contact center capabilities.
- Implement innovative voice features :
- Callback with call history management
- IVR channel configuration compatibility
- Silero VAD compatibility with mulaw audio
- Automate byova data source management
- Add DTMF support
- Retrieve integration information from the tenant-server (not direct database)
- Develop health check / status monitoring functionality
- Integrate with SIP / AudioCodes / call center workflows
- Rapidly build features leveraging existing codebase knowledge
- Collaborate with a small cross-functional team (2–3 engineers)
Required skills & experience :
7–10 years of experience in voice / telephony / UC / contact center engineeringStrong understanding of SIP, RTP, DTMF, codecs (mulaw, g.711)Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex voice / contact centerFamiliarity with Audiocodes, IVR, call routing, and callback workflowsExpert debugging, troubleshooting, and integration skillsProgramming / scripting proficiency (Python, Java, or similar)Able to understand and extend existing codebasesGood to have :
Exposure to Silero VAD, Byova, or voice analytics systemsExperience with CPaaS / voice-as-a-service platformsCisco voice certifications
