Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students / parents in Gujarati or Kannada language.
Guide students regarding academic programs, courses, and career opportunities.
Address student queries and provide accurate information about admission processes, curriculum, and policies.
Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism while resolving concerns.
Update and manage student interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve daily / weekly counselling targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, academic, operations) to ensure smooth student onboarding.
Key Requirements :
Graduate in any discipline (Education / Management background preferred).
Fluency in Gujarati / Kannada (speaking & understanding is mandatory).
Good communication skills in English / Hindi.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students and parents.
Prior experience in counselling, customer service, or education sector will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
