About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced BI Developer with hands-on expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize BI solutions that transform raw data into meaningful business insights, driving informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI / Tableau / Qlik.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work with large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and queries to support reporting needs.
• Implement row-level security, data governance, and performance tuning in BI platforms.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Stay updated with emerging BI technologies, tools, and best practices.
