Location - Mumbai (Ghatkopar)

Responsibility

Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment.

Sourcing & Screening candidates that match the desired skills brief them on the opportunities offered by clients.

Following up on the interview process status.

Coordinating with clients regarding opening.

Communicate with candidates, data tracking, data analysis and draw inferences in order to make changes in the hiring strategy.
