Overview

Insight Global’s client is hiring CIAM Operations Engineers to support high-volume authentication systems for external users of Jeppesen aviation products. This role focuses on troubleshooting and maintaining customer-facing identity systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for external users facing authentication issues.
  • Triage and resolve CIAM-related tickets and login problems.
  • Analyze authentication logs to diagnose token and integration issues.
  • Operate and maintain Auth0 CIAM platform configurations.
  • Troubleshoot issues like 401 errors, MFA failures, password resets, and SSO problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to IAM Architects and Auth0 Support.
  • Support integrations between customer-facing apps and Auth0.
  • Document authentication issues and resolutions in Jira.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years in CIAM (customer-facing, not workforce IAM).
  • Experience managing authentication for external users and B2C identity flows.
  • Operational knowledge of CIAM platforms : Auth0, Okta CIC, Azure AD B2C, AWS Cognito, ForgeRock.
  • Strong understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML.
  • Experience troubleshooting login flows, MFA, and password resets.
  • Proficiency in log analysis and Jira ticketing.
  • Strong English communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Experience working with global teams across time zones.
