Location : Bengaluru

Experience Required : Minimum 12 years in large-scale food production, preferably with Compass Group, Taj SATS, or similar high-volume culinary environments

Strategic Kitchen Operations

• Lead end-to-end operations of the central kitchen serving multiple outlets or clients
• Design and implement scalable production systems for consistent quality and efficiency
• Optimize workflows using lean kitchen principles and automation tools
