Corporate Governance Officer

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) with 3+ years of experience to join our team at Ocean Finvest.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drafting, vetting, and reviewing legal agreements, including NDAs and other contracts.
• Ensuring timely and accurate compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and other statutory requirements .
• Maintaining statutory records, registers, and filings.
• Advising management on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
• Coordinating with legal, compliance, and regulatory bodies as required.
