Data Operations Associate - Fresher

Job Summary (List Format) :

• Join the Data Operations team as a graduate, supporting the smooth flow and reliability of data across business units and countries.
• Perform daily monitoring and management of data loads, batch jobs, and ETL workflows in various systems.
• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Support incident and change management processes, including log analysis, root cause investigation, production deployment, and SLA reporting.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Governance, and Business teams to resolve data quality or processing issues.
• Maintain and update operational dashboards and documentation for recurring tasks and performance metrics.
• Contribute to process improvements, operational efficiency, and standardization initiatives.
• Gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level data platforms, production support processes, and automation tools in a financial environment.
• Develop technical skills in SQL, Python, data pipelines, ETL, and big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and Informatica.
• Utilize ticketing and monitoring tools (e.g., Jira, CMON) and build understanding of SLAs and production support workflows.
• Leverage strong attention to detail, structured problem-solving abilities, multitasking skills, and effective communication in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
