Marvence Technologies is a rapidly growing staffing and marketing solutions firm specializing in Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Operations roles for leading technology companies and agencies. Headquartered in New Jersey , we are expanding our team to meet the increasing demands of our clients.
We are seeking an experienced USA Sales Recruiter (Fresher) to join our team. This is a full-time remote role based in India , requiring alignment with US business hours EST.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with technology companies and agencies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and align Marvence Technologies’ staffing and Marketing solutions offerings accordingly.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Collaborate with account managers and recruiters to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the CRM system.
