Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create impactful visual content that strengthens brand presence and drives engagement. The ideal candidate will be proficient in modern design tools, have a strong creative vision, and be able to deliver designs that resonate with both online and offline audiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation
Design promotional materials including flyers, banners, brochures, ads, social media creatives, and reels.
Adapt designs for both digital and print requirements.
2. Social Media Design & Management
Create visually engaging posts, stories, and campaigns for social media platforms.
Monitor content performance and adjust designs to boost reach and engagement.
3. Brand Consistency
Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s branding guidelines, tone, and messaging.
Maintain a unified brand identity across platforms and campaigns.
4. Software Expertise
Use tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar to create high-quality designs.
Stay updated with new design trends and tools to enhance creative output.
5. Engagement Goals
Develop creative campaigns that increase visibility, generate leads, and improve conversions.
Collaborate on marketing initiatives to maximize campaign effectiveness.
6. Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing, operations, and management teams to design materials for campaigns, events, and partnerships.
Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
Knowledge of social media trends and digital design requirements.
Video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus.
