Job descriptionBachelor’s / Master’s in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. 3+ years of relevant design experience, ideally in an advertising or digital marketing agency. Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite; experience with AI design tools is a plus. A strong portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality creative work. Excellent grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding. Ability to clearly present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders. Strong balance of creativity, strategy, and deadline management. Passion for mentoring and elevating design talent within a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver creative concepts and campaign-ready designs from ideation to execution.
- Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions with internal teams.
- Present design concepts and creative strategies to clients with confidence.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and account managers to bring campaigns to life.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring high-quality output across projects.
- Maintain brand consistency and design excellence across all touchpoints.
- Stay updated on emerging design tools and trends, including AI-driven design solutions.
