Job descriptionDevelop and modify Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies to meet business requirements. Create and support REST integrations and develop custom APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. Customize and enhance the Service Portal to improve user experience and service delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices for maintainability, scalability, and performance. Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and resolving platform-related issues. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, capabilities, and releases. Extensive knowledge of ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management. Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
