Job descriptionDrive employees connect initiatives, skip-level interactions, and feedback sessions to strengthen engagement. Plan and execute engagement programs, R&Rs, and wellness activities aligned with organizational culture. Track employee concerns, attrition risks, and provide proactive solutions for retention. Facilitate smooth onboarding, induction, and integration of new hires. Ensure HR policies, processes, and compliance are adhered to consistently. Maintain accurate HRIS data, dashboards, and reports (headcount, attrition, engagement, etc.). Coordinate performance review cycles, probation assessments, and feedback discussions. Partner with managers to identify learning needs and support capability-building initiatives. Provide inputs for career pathing and internal mobility. Minimum : Graduate in any discipline. Preferred : MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related specialization. 6 months to 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in IT services / consulting. Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills. Good understanding of HR operations, employee life cycle, and compliance frameworks. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR tools / HRIS. High learning agility, problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Support
- Act as a trusted HR point-of-contact for employees and managers, addressing queries and providing guidance.
- Collaborate with delivery managers and project leads to understand business needs and align HR initiatives.
- Support workforce planning, probation confirmations, and role transitions in coordination with business teams.
