Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Controller to lead our finance team at our Bhandup location. The ideal candidate should be a CA-qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience , preferably in a corporate or manufacturing setup. Strong expertise in SAP and team management is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings).
• Monitor internal controls and develop processes to improve financial efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and present financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis to senior management.
• Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring timely deliverables and professional development.
• Coordinate and manage external audits and internal audit requirements.
• Manage cash flow, fund flow, and working capital requirements.
• Implement and optimize SAP processes to enhance financial reporting and operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and decision-making.
