Role Summary :
Responsible for owning the data strategy, generating brand- and campaign-specific insights, creating ROI benchmarks, and helping drive engagement and client revenue through performance recommendations.
KRAs :
Define and standardize campaign KPIs across all programs.
Deliver weekly actionable insight reports to internal teams and clients.
Drive campaign performance improvement initiatives.
Create industry benchmark reports for BD / Client Servicing.
Identify upsell opportunities based on data signals.
KPIs :
% of campaigns with actionable insights implemented.
Average uplift in engagement / participation from recommendations.
of upsell actions triggered via insights.
Internal stakeholder satisfaction (BD, CS, Product teams).
Client feedback on insight quality and usefulness.
Key Skills :
Strong campaign analytics and storytelling capability.
Ability to interpret behavioral, performance, and funnel data.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, GA4, Metabase / Looker / Tableau.
Experience in loyalty / promotion / consumer engagement ecosystems.
Business acumen : ability to translate numbers into brand-level decisions.
