We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to the Principal to join our Administration team. This pivotal role provides high-level support to the Principal ensuring the smooth and effective running of the College’s executive office.

You'll be able to :

Provide professional and confidential administrative support to the Principal, including calendar management, correspondence, meeting preparation and follow-up.

Liaise on behalf of the Principal with staff, families, and external stakeholders.

Draft executive-level communications and maintain a high standard of discretion.

Support College operations through advanced use of Microsoft Office and administration systems.

Coordinate special projects, events, and co-curricular programs as required.

Do you have :

A Diploma in Administration or Business (or equivalent) comprising of two years of study and / or relevant demonstrated knowledge and experience in a comparable role.

Demonstrated ability to manage high-level administration with professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

High-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across the College community.

Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.

Willingness to lead and support school activities / events, attend meetings and undertake training.
